The National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) is excited to announce Atlassian as a new partner for 2026. This partnership brings together NYSF’s mission to inspire young Australians in STEM with Atlassian's passion for technology, innovation, and empowering future talent.
Founded in Australia, Atlassian is a global leader in collaboration software and is deeply committed to supporting education and the next generation of innovators. By joining forces with NYSF, Atlassian will help open doors for students to explore what’s possible in science and technology.
As part of the partnership, Atlassian will contribute to key NYSF initiatives, including the flagship 2026 NYSF Year 12 Program - a nine-day residential experience designed to help students discover pathways in STEM. Atlassian team members will share their own career journeys and offer real-world insights into the opportunities available in tech.
“We’re excited to partner with NYSF in 2026,” said Elyssa Goodman, Senior Manager, Early Careers Talent Acquisition. “Atlassian believes in the power of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration - values we see reflected in NYSF’s work to inspire Australia’s future STEM leaders. We look forward to connecting with students and helping them imagine bold futures in tech and innovation.”
NYSF CEO, Dr. Melanie Bagg, said, “We are delighted to welcome Atlassian to the NYSF family. Their passion for technology and innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to provide young Australians with meaningful exposure to STEM careers. Atlassian's involvement will add an exciting tech industry perspective to our programs, and we look forward to working together to empower the next generation of innovators.”
As Australia’s digital economy grows, partnerships like this ensure young people have the skills, networks, and inspiration they need to thrive. NYSF is proud to welcome Atlassian to our community of partners committed to shaping Australia’s STEM future.
