John Doan has written this about himself :- Hi! My name is John Doan and I’m from South Australia. I am currently completing Year 12 at Seaton High School. The subjects I’m studying are Maths 1, Maths 2, Physics, Chemistry and ESL. I am actively involved in activities outside of school such as Taekwondo, which I have a Black belt after practicing for over four years. Furthermore, I am involved in the Active8 Future Leaders Program sponsored by Scouts. In my spare time, I like to watch the latest action movies at the cinema and collect all my favourite ones on DVD. Finally, I also enjoy spending long hours ‘thrashing it out’ on the Sony Playstation. In the near future, I hope to pursue a career in Medicine. However, the scientific visits from the NYSF have made a career in science very tempting. So why not do both? It was an absolute privilege to be involved with such a group as cool as Einstein. I had heaps of fun spending most of the two weeks with you guys & gals. I certainly wish you all the best of luck towards your studies and hope you accomplish all goals you set in life. Thanks Einstein for making the NYSF a memorable experience. We rock!!!
